Please allow 2 working days for all repeat prescriptions to be processed.
Repeat Prescribing
Patients who are taking the same medication regularly and whose condition is stable can take part in the scheme which aims to reduce the number of telephone calls patients would have to make to request your prescriptions and reduce the amount of time patients have to wait for their prescriptions. Patients who take part in the scheme are informed that they are entering into a contract with College Lane Surgery and Mr Lo’s Pharmacy. Please ask your Doctor or nurse if you are interested in joining this scheme.

01977 612146 - Make you order as clear as possible, preferably using the right hand side of your prescription, which clearly states your name, address and the list of medications you take on a regular basis. To aid this, you can print off our downloadable form.

If you require the prescription to be posted back to you, then a stamped, self-addressed envelope must be provided with your order. Failure to do so will result in the prescription being held at the surgery to await collection. Please allow extra time for postal delivery.
Order At The Surgery
Please tick the medication required on the prescription counterfoil and leave in the box provided in reception. Alternatively you can complete a prescription request form which are available at reception.
Chemist Delivery Service
The local chemist offers a local delivery service. This is available to the elderly, housebound and infirm at the discretion of the Pharmacy. Their details are as follows;
