We accept how vitally important confidentiality is to us as individuals and consequently to you as patients. Any data we hold on computer or written records is treated with respect. All staff are bound by our strict confidentiality guidelines and face instant dismissal if this is ever breached.
You can be confident that if disclosure of information to a third party, such as a solicitor or insurance company, is requested, this will only be provided on receipt of your written approval.
