How Do I Request an Ambulance?
If you require an emergency ambulance, dial 999
Otherwise you should ring the surgery on 01977 611023.
NB: this service is only for patients who are disabled or too infirm to travel on public or private transport.
Please note that we will require the following information:
- The hospital you are going to
- The name of the Consultant/Doctor that you are seeing
- Which department you are going to
- The date and time of your appointment
- Whether or not you are an Inpatient or Outpatient
- Whether or not you require an ambulance or car
- Whether or not an escort will be going with you
- Special requirements
We are only able to book patient transport for your 1st appointment after that you need to book it through the hospital.
