How do I Make a Complaint?
We aim to provide the best possible service but realise that there are times when you may feel that this has not happened. The practice has a Complaints Procedure which we believe gives us the opportunity to discuss and put right any problems you have encountered.
A copy of the Complaints Procedure can be obtained from reception. Alternatively if you have any concerns about any aspect of our service then feel free to contact our Practice Manager, Mrs Claire Broome.
